About Me

Hi, I’m Sharde. A 6 foot, God fearing, energetic,  optimistic individual who is enthusiastic about Arts and Crafts, Home décor, traveling, working out, and encouraging others.  I reside in Houston. I juggle a fun loving career,  being a SuperMom, as well as a full time pet parent, and trying to live the early/mid thirties life! Hopefully you will find my interests, thoughts and workout challenges interesting!

Hi! My name is Sue, and I’m from SlimKicker, a diet/fitness app and online website. I came across your blog a few days ago and it captured my interest!

I’m contacting you b/c we’re about to release a fitness tracker (similar to FitBit) early next year, and are looking for bloggers who would be interested in getting 1 for free to review when it is out (negative or positive).

Would you be interested in doing this? You can email me at: sue (at) slimkicker (com) with ‘Review’ in the email heading if you are.

Just to let you know, our online website SlimKicker basically turns your diet/fitness goals into a level up game. The tracker will work with the website, and allow people to track calories burned and number of steps they walk automatically. The more they exercise, the more points they rack up! That’s basically how it will work.

Anyway, hope to hear back either way…

i am so very inspired! Good luck with the GMAT. I have just gotten back into the Gym and i am finding it hard to stay inspired. I am in a very challenging doctorate program that turns my mind into mush. Sometimes I’m just like “no gym for me today.” I have too many excuses. I will continue to follow you and your journey as a means of inspiration. Keep up the blogging, you have a great blog.

Oh wow! Really? Thank you for the kind words really! Finding time for the Gym while studying is uber difficult. I find that If I wake up an hour or two earlier that I have time. Or instead of Lunch I will hit the gym. You have to find out where you have the most energy in the day to do it. I wish you the best of luck and hopefully I can continue to motivate you! I also took time to read your blog, Psych major?! That was my major in undergrad so I have followed and I must say I really do like it! Stay tuned for comments on your page!

My name is John and my blog is http://www.ourpersonaljourney.wordpress.com. I have enjoyed following your blog and I have a proposal for you. I am inviting you to write your journey (and it doesn’t have to be about losing weight) for my blog. It can be any kind of journey that you want, depression, drugs, your spiritual walk, life experiences, etc.. Anything where you can see that you were in one place and ended in a better place and what you learned. I will put a link to your blog along with it. My hope is that we can bring each other some new traffic to each of our blogs. I hope we can both benefit from this.
