Tribe Sports has a new challenge and I encourage you all to take a stab at it. It couldn’t hurt. One, it’s good to stretch the muscles, and two it usually feels good. I’m HORRIBLE at stretching after workouts and even before hand but this is something I MUST remember to do when I get back!
Stretching saves a lot of future soreness especially in the winter!
I’m glad you posted that! I definitely need to challenge myself to get better about my stretching…well lack there of.
