30 Day Push: Day 10


Day ten. Ten whole days! Somehow I have managed to gain 5 pounds(Apple turnovers I ate this week may have something to do with it) Not good or bad to  me. I think it is more muscle than anything and I am thinking of going running with black girls run on tomorrow or weds. They seem super motivated and most are training for a half marathon. A HALF MARATHON. Wow they are inspiring. I have set out to do 50 crunches a day for seven days on top of the lifting and cardio I do already, so lets see where this takes me. It’s late and the girls that run wake up to run at 5:15am so, Laters.
